For almost 30 years, Jeanne Pelletier has provided legal and business advice to individuals, small business owners, non-profit organizations, and corporations.


Prior to opening the practice in 2005, Ms. Pelletier worked in-house for 10 years with a variety of design professionals and non-profit organizations, offering legal and business counsel on corporate, personnel, contract, and marketing issues. Her legal experience includes in-house General Counsel to the non-profit revolving fund Historic Boston, Incorporated; in-house General Counsel and Managing Partner of the preservation firm Jean Carroon Architects in Boston; and associate with the law firm of Van Ness Feldman, P.C. in Washington, D.C.  She also served for five years as Associate and Manager of the Urban Planning division of the architectural firm of Goody Clancy in Boston.


Ms. Pelletier is a graduate of the National Law Center at George Washington University, where she was managing editor of The George Washington Journal of International Law and Economics. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Smith College  and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Maryland.


Ms. Pelletier has served as director on a variety of non-profit boards, including the Friends of the South End Library, Friends of Hayes Park, Inc. and the South End Historical Society. She is a past president and board member of the Neighborhood Parents for the Hurley School (a non-profit supporting Boston’s South End dual language public elementary school).
